Insignia
So I recently got another set of armor for my PvE rit. I already have one set completely set for the armor set used currently in PvP meta for rit. That is,
Full Survivors, Minor Channelling hat, minor resto, Rune of Resto, Sup Vig, and vitae.
So I was wondering what I should do with my other armor set. Rit spike has pretty much been nerfed to an extent that it isn't really run much. Nonetheless, I was thinking +armor while affected by a weapon for the other armor set.
I don't really want a redundant armor set, but I also want one that will be useful in certain situations instead of relatively useless in general.
Any advice on insignia/rune setup for a secondary armor set?

The ritualist insignas are pretty meh, Mystic's insigna is pretty good for general use, and Ghostforge is almost essential if you're running a Spirit's Strength build. In most cases though, Radiant and Survivor insignas are your best bet.

I always run those insignias on my chest and legs since my bar always has Weapon of Warding on it, and I always use it when I am being attacked, it pays off. My health is still 615ish.

Ghost forge is really nice for spirit's strength, and it's not bad for most other builds too. Survivor is more useful with a blank skillbar, ghost forge may be more useful depending on your build.
Everything else is kinda meh.

I don't realize the point of radiant, unless you're planning to be using item spells all time time.

I was a fan of Ghost Forge for a while. It's nice when your under WoW or some other weapon spell, but since most physicals simply switch when they see block, and caster damage isn't as much of a threat, it's all survivor these days.
Radiant is usually a waste of time. If your used to running around in shields sets for 630-650 hp, or 40/40 sets, your used ot having around 35 energy anyway. It only drops to 30 when holding a packet.

That is not always the best thing to do,many people don't understand how armour works, but it can be better.

Horseradish is posting the correct optimal insignia/rune set for a rit flagger (I think), which to clarify is:
Minor Channelling headpiece (14 channelling)
Minor Resto Rune (12 resto)
Sup Vigor
Rune of Restoration (reduces cripple)
Vitae
All with full survivors
However, as stated in the OP, I already have an armor set for that, I was looking for advice on a second armor set.
Also, just being creative is dumb... I'm not going to waste money on some shamble of insignias and runes that will be ineffective 80% of the time. At this point, my primary contender is ghostforge (+AL under a weapon).
The spirit insignia seems pretty useless. Also, I don't really hold a pot that often, using it mainly for kaolai, the party heal. I prefer actually using my weapon swaps :P
Radiant insignias seem unnecessary. Not only will they not help you with energy management, the only time I can see them being genuinely useful is when you are holding ashes, at which time you're competing with the heralds (+AL while holding an item).
